Eggless pancakes


Scrumptious pancakes for the entire household – who wants eggs?

Components:

6 oz (175 g) all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 spoon of sugar

½ teaspoon of salt

225 ml milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Technique:

In a bowl, combine the dry components: flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Add the remaining components: milk, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla.

Stir till moistened.

Spray skillet with nonstick spray or frivolously wipe with oil. Pour the specified quantity of batter per pancake.

The pancakes are able to flip when the underside turns golden brown.

Flip the pancakes with a spatula (or in case you’re feeling adventurous, select your free hand!). Flip solely as soon as.

Take away when the underside is golden and dry.

Serve sizzling and sprinkle along with your favourite topping!
